PACE SESSIONS FOR RACES ORÂ TRAINING RUNS
Sometimes you need an extra push to achieve a PB or drive you through a tough training run. Someone to keep you on target and focused on getting over the line. When things get tough our minds have a tendency to turn away from our goals - a pacer can keep that negativity at bay.
Whether it's a regular training run, a final paced run before a big race, or the big race itself, we're here to help you push your limits. With a track record in pacing all distances from 5K's to marathons, in races from Dublin to Toronto, Join The Dots Coaching has already paced thousands of runners to their goals. We would be honoured to pace you to yours.
