Hi! I'm Jamie, and I'm the Mind, Body and Sole behind Join The Dots Coaching.
I've been running in some shape of form all of my life, but kicked on about 10 years ago when I did my first marathon. Almost 40 marathons and ultra-marathons later, I've experienced the highs and lows of running. I've balanced a young family, a job, and community involvement with results and achievements in running which I am proud of.
I'm passionate about running, and seeing us all achieve our goals. At Join The Dots we want to talk to you about your goals, what do you feel is standing or sitting in your way and together, let's join those dots and get you the results you deserve.
